Delivery & Service Policy

Digital Delivery: Your purchase is considered delivered when we provide access to the secure intake form and/or request documents to begin work on your case.

Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround is 3–4 business days from the date we receive all required documents and information. Turnaround may be extended for high volume, holidays, or complex matters (with notice).

Communication: We will communicate primarily via email for status updates, additional information requests, and final deliverables. Please check email regularly and respond promptly to prevent delays.
