By purchasing services from our Shopify store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. All purchases are final, and payment must be made in full before services are rendered. Purchases are for professional tax services delivered digitally.

Services are provided by Alternative Consulting Group LLC (dba AltTaxPlans) under the laws of the State of Georgia. Clients must submit all required documents and information through our secure intake process within 30 days of purchase. Failure to do so may result in closure of the order without refund.

Scope of Service: Our listed packages are designed for standard cases. If we determine your situation is more complex or requires work beyond the purchased package (e.g., multiple-year filings, audit representation, advanced planning, or material corrections due to missing documents), we will issue a separate proposal for additional fees. Work will pause until approval and payment are received.

Chargebacks & Disputes: Because all sales are final, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue. We will correct our errors at no cost and include minor amendments; major revisions due to missing or late-provided documents require a new paid engagement.
